The event, organized by the Automobile Club Torino under the aegis of ACI Sport and the FIA, counts both for the Italian Historic Speed Hill‑Climb Championship and the FIA Historic Hill‑Climb Championship.

The 10.4‑km course climbs from Cesana Torinese to Sestriere with a vertical gain of 685 m, challenging historic racing cars across multiple FIA and ACI categories. Expected participants include a large roster of classic vehicles such as Ford Escort RS, BMW 2002, Porsche 911, Lancia Rally 037, Alfa Romeo GTA, Abarth 1000 Sport and prototypes from Osella and Lucchini. Notable drivers mentioned are Salvatore Totò Riolo in a PRC A6 BMW, Piero Lottini in an Osella PA 9/90m, and several others competing across four groupings.

The weekend schedule starts with technical checks on Friday, the first official run on Saturday and the final competitive race on Sunday, followed by awards in Sestriere’s Piazza Giovanni Agnelli. The event draws enthusiasts from across Europe, highlighting more than six decades of historic motorsport heritage.
