Ceuta President documents ignored government warnings

The President of Ceuta, Juan Vivas, has utilized a notary to officially document a series of ignored warnings sent to the Spanish central government regarding a migration crisis in the autonomous city. According to the recorded evidence, Ceuta issued more than 20 communications between July 26 and July 30, yet the central government in Moncloa allegedly failed to respond adequately.

The notary record indicates that out of ten direct cabinet-to-cabinet calls, the central government only responded to three, with one response lasting only a minute. Furthermore, calls made to Interior Minister Fernando Grande-Marlaska were reportedly systematically unaddressed. This documentation aims to counter the central government's narrative that it acted with diligence, instead portraying the administration as having ignored imminent calls for a national emergency declaration and increased border reinforcements.
