Ceuta protests far‑right agitators Vito Quiles and Alvise Pérezantes

Residents of the Spanish autonomous city of Ceuta publicly rejected far‑right figures Vito Quiles, Alvise Pérezantes and the extremist group Núcleo Nacional, demanding they leave the city. Demonstrators shouted insults such as "hijo de puta" and accused the agitators of sowing hatred against migrants and Muslims.

Television personality Alba Carrillo posted a brief message of support, writing "Grande Ceuta" on social media. The protests unfolded as a migration surge saw roughly 50,000 people cross from Morocco into Ceuta in a single week, with authorities reporting about 67 deaths linked to the crossings. Citizens linked the presence of the far‑right agitators to the heightened tensions and called for their removal to preserve peaceful coexistence.
