CFMOTO V4 SR‑RR Sets New Speed Record for Chinese Superbikes

CFMOTO announced that its V4 SR‑RR prototype achieved an officially measured top speed of 315.82 km/h on a test track in Shangrao, with the figure verified by GPS data.

The record surpasses the claimed maximum speeds of Italy’s Ducati Panigale V4 (299 km/h) and Aprilia RSV4 (305 km/h). The prototype also accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in roughly 2.9 seconds, with gear‑specific speeds ranging from 164 km/h in first gear to beyond 299 km/h in sixth. Unveiled at EICMA 2025, the achievement is presented as evidence that Chinese manufacturers can compete with established European and Japanese high‑performance motorcycle makers.
