Changan Group unveils SDA Pilot ADAS at 2026 Chongqing International Auto Exhibition

At the 28th Chongqing International Auto Exhibition on June 13, 2026, Changan Group showcased its full model range and launched its self‑developed Advanced Driver‑Assistance System, SDA Pilot. Chairman Zhu Huarong said the system will be worked on with global partners to improve safety and accessibility.

SDA Pilot is offered in three tiers: the entry‑level Pro version includes LiDAR for faster obstacle detection, the Max version is trained on over 20 million real‑world driving data segments, and the Ultra version incorporates a Vision Language Model for enhanced perception and interactive functions. The system will be standard on the CHANGAN NEVO Q06 from the second half of 2026.

Changan also introduced SDA Pilot 2.0, slated for gradual rollout across new vehicle models, and highlighted efforts to integrate smarter cockpit experiences and cross‑domain driving functions as part of its broader intelligent mobility strategy.
