Changhua City launches second youth leadership camp for high school students

The Changhua City Office will hold the second "2026 Changhua Youth Leadership Camp" on July 25, 2026. The free, one‑day program targets senior high school students and graduating ninth‑graders from Changhua County, with a capacity of 100 participants. It will be held in the lecture hall on the fourth floor of the Changhua City Library.

The camp features five interactive stations – Leader Awakening, Truth Pursuit, Strategy Design, Team Task and Leader Declaration – aimed at strengthening critical thinking, teamwork and leadership skills. Organized in partnership with the Changhua Youth Chamber, the event builds on the inaugural 2020 camp, which was attended by former Vice President Lai Ching‑te, and reflects the city’s ongoing effort to develop civic‑engaged young talent.
