Charter's Spectrum Reach Takes Over New York Interconnect Advertising Assets

Charter Communications' advertising arm, Spectrum Reach, announced it will assume the products and services of New York Interconnect (NYI) as the joint venture ceases operations on September 28, 2026. The transition will merge NYI's local market relationships with Spectrum Reach's audience‑targeting and multi‑screen advertising capabilities, aiming to reduce operational hand‑offs and simplify campaign execution for advertisers and agencies.

Certain NYI employees are expected to join Spectrum Reach later this year, creating a single team to serve marketers, agencies, and media partners across traditional TV, streaming, and digital platforms. "We are further strengthening Spectrum Reach and New York Interconnect to create even more value for brands and agencies looking to connect with audiences at scale in New York," said Jason Brown, Executive Vice President of Spectrum Reach.
