Chaum partners with LG CNS and CHA Healthcare for AI health screening center

Chaum, LG CNS, and CHA Healthcare have partnered to establish an AI-powered intelligent health screening center. The collaboration aims to integrate artificial intelligence into the medical examination process to enhance personalized care and operational efficiency.

Through the implementation of an AI agent developed by LG CNS, the system will consolidate data from Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. This integration will automate administrative tasks such as writing consultation records and managing follow-up schedules, allowing nursing staff to focus more on one-on-one patient coordination.

The AI will analyze past medical history and physician recommendations to suggest necessary tests. Additionally, the center will introduce real-time AI translation services to support international patients, who currently account for approximately 30% of the center's clientele.
