Chef Shady Hasbun to compete in Cous Cous World Championship

Chef Shady Hasbun will represent Arezzo at the Cous Cous World Championship, held in San Vito Lo Capo, Sicily, from September 24 to 26. This marks Hasbun's seventh appearance in the international competition.

Competing alongside Tze’ela Rubinstein, the Italo-Palestinian chef will present a recipe titled ‘Il gusto dell’altro’ (The taste of the other). The dish features a watermelon couscous salad and a fried couscous meatball with spices and sauces, aiming to harmonize Tuscan and Middle Eastern flavors.
