Chelsea and Arsenal target Premier League defenders in summer transfer market

Chelsea are exploring options to sell defender Trevoh Chalobah, valued at around €40 million, after reporting a pre‑tax loss of €306 million for the year to June 2025. Arsenal are monitoring England centre‑back Ezri Konsa and midfielder Morgan Rogers of Aston Villa. Villa value Konsa at €70 million, and reports suggest Arsenal would need to meet a British record fee of €152 million to acquire Rogers.
