Manchester United forward Chido Obi is set to join Dutch Eredivisie club Willem II on a season-long loan. The 18-year-old striker, who previously developed in Arsenal's academy, has reached an agreement to move to the Netherlands to gain regular senior-level playing experience.

The loan deal, which runs until the end of the 2025/26 campaign, does not include an option for Willem II to sign the player permanently. Obi, a Danish youth international of Nigerian descent, made his senior debut for Manchester United in the 2024-25 season, appearing in seven Premier League matches and one FA Cup match under manager Ruben Amorim.
