Chihuahua PAN legislators roll out water security and community support programs

State deputy Jaime Torres Amaya (PAN) announced legislative and management actions to strengthen water security for agriculture in Chihuahua, coordinating with producers, irrigation districts and state water agencies. He highlighted strategies to address drought, modernize irrigation and promote efficient water use, and praised Governor Maru Campos for fostering dialogue.

Deputy Joss Vega (PAN) continued her district outreach by delivering basic supplies – a water tank, mattresses, a sofa and food parcels – to families across several Chihuahua neighborhoods. She also supported local reforestation with 20 trees and organized a community dance event to promote health and cohesion. Both legislators emphasized direct contact with residents and ongoing support for the region’s economic and social wellbeing.
