Chihuahua security personnel undergo international explosives investigation training

Operational personnel from the Chihuahua State Public Security Secretariat (SSPE) participated in an international specialized training program titled "Post-Blast Investigative Techniques." Held from August 3 to 7, 2026, the course took place at the National Center for Explosives Training and Research (NCETR) located at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama.

The training, promoted by Secretary Gilberto Loya, aimed to strengthen response and investigation capabilities following explosion incidents. Representatives from the SSPE joined various Mexican security, justice, and military institutions, including the General Prosecutor's Office, the Secretariat of the Navy, the Secretariat of Defense, and several state police forces from Querétaro, Jalisco, Sonora, Aguascalientes, and Michoacán.
