Chiikawa launches summer book fair and lottery promotions in Japan

Kadokawa is holding a "Chiikawa Book Fair 2026 Summer" from July 13 to September 30, 2026. Purchasers of Kadokawa’s Chiikawa books who submit receipts through the Kadokawa app can enter a draw for tote bags and reading‑charm sets, while all entrants receive a choice of three smartphone wallpapers.

Starting July 25, 2026, Leggs will sell the "Enimayi Kuji Chiikawa – Summer Memories" lottery at 7‑Eleven and Ito‑Yokado stores nationwide. Tickets cost ¥950 each and offer prizes such as a georama figurine, wind chimes, themed pouches, retro cup sets, bean‑dish sets and a final‑prize flowing somen‑machine. The promotion runs while supplies last, with a campaign for the somen‑machine ending August 31.
