Chilean courts schedule judicial property auctions

Two separate judicial auctions have been scheduled in Chile for the sale of real estate properties to settle debts.

In San Antonio, the Second Court of Letters will hold an in-person auction on September 30, 2026, regarding an apartment in the Cumbres de Miramar IV condominium. The property is registered to Romina Gabriela Rojas Valderrama, and the minimum bidding price is set at $29,684,783 pesos.

Additionally, the Traiguén Court of Letters has scheduled a remote auction via Zoom for October 2, 2026. This auction involves a property located in Lumaco, specifically on Pedro Montt Street, following an executive judgment involving Banco de Chile and Sociedad Comercial Palexyon Ltda. The auction pertains to a subdivided lot measuring approximately 856.51 square meters.
