Chile's CChC Maule and Sopraval launch business development training programs

The Chilean Construction Chamber of Maule (CChC Maule) held the inaugural session of a Sustainable Business Development Workshop, led by Felipe Smith, head of sustainability at the chamber. The program aimed to give member firms practical tools for long‑term growth, focusing on identifying external challenges and internal capabilities, with participants such as Edison Salas, Denisse Escobar and Victor San Martín praising the hands‑on approach.

Separately, the state‑owned bank Sopraval began a new cycle of its Capital Emprendedor program, enrolling 59 entrepreneurs from the communes of La Ligua, Nogales and La Calera. The six‑month initiative provides workshops, personalized technical mentorship and financing to help small businesses improve management, sales and market reach. Testimonials from participants highlighted the value of ongoing mentor support and the opportunity to expand their ventures. Both initiatives are designed to strengthen local companies and promote sustainable, competitive growth in Chile’s economy.
