Chimney Group launches seasonal autumn dining courses across Japan

Chimney Co., Ltd., which operates seafood izakayas such as ‘Hana no Mai’ and ‘Sakana Dojo’ across Japan, has announced the launch of its ‘Autumn Premium Course’ starting September 3, 2026. The seasonal menu will be available at 250 Chimney Group locations nationwide through November 11, 2026.

The courses feature seasonal ingredients including Sanriku Pacific saury, beef fillet steak, and various autumn vegetables. Customers can choose between snow crab or sea bream as a main dish. Three different price tiers are offered, ranging from 4,500 to 6,500 yen (including tax), all of which include a two-hour all-you-can-drink option.

Special promotions are available for bookings made from Sunday to Thursday, offering a free 500-yen value benefit such as an extended drinking period or a drink menu upgrade. Additionally, groups of four or more booking the premium course can receive customized gifts, such as personalized banners or labeled shochu bottles.
