China and Pakistan celebrate 75 years of diplomatic ties through cultural exchanges

China and Pakistan are conducting various cultural and digital initiatives to commemorate the 75th anniversary of their diplomatic relations.

In a digital tourism effort, Chinese travel vlogger Hua Yi Cun, who has a following of over 40 million, toured Pakistan’s northern landscapes. The visit, organized by the Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC) and the Gilgit-Baltistan Tourism Department, included stops in Islamabad, Skardu, Khaplu, and Shigar to showcase the region's culture and scenery to Chinese audiences.

Simultaneously, a delegation from the University of Sargodha, led by Dr. Tahir Mumtaz Awan, visited Luoyang, China. The delegation participated in a cultural exchange event featuring Henan Opera, calligraphy, and museum visits to study Silk Road relics. The event aimed to highlight the historical ties between the two nations through immersive traditional experiences.
