Chinese geopolitician Jiang Xueqin predicts US decline and a multipolar world

Jiang Xueqin, a Chinese academic and geopolitical commentator dubbed the “Chinese Nostradamus,” has issued a new forecast about the future of the international system. Building on his earlier predictions – such as the return of Donald Trump to the White House and a possible US‑Iran clash – he now argues that the United States’ global dominance will gradually weaken. In his view the world will move toward a multipolar order in which China, India and other regional powers assume a larger role.

Xueqin says his scenarios are derived from historical analogies and a method he calls psychohistory, not from supernatural insight. Experts note that while some of his past forecasts have materialised, his analyses are not scientific and should be treated as discussion points rather than certainty. The commentary was highlighted by the British portal LADbible and is being debated internationally.
