Choral groups in Poland hold celebratory musical performances
Several choral groups in Poland recently held performances to mark musical achievements and anniversaries. In Chełm, the Rapsodia Choir from the II Secondary School held a special concert at St. Casimir's Church. The event served as a gesture of gratitude toward the donors and institutions that supported their trip to the Cançó Mediterrània international competition in Spain, where the choir won first place in the sacred music category and a silver diploma in the pop category.
In Pleszew, the 38th Review of Choirs of Southern Greater Poland brought together seven regional ensembles. The event coincided with the 130th anniversary of the Lutnia Singing Circle named after Józef Szpunta. Participating groups included choirs from Żegocina, Raszków, Janków Przygodzki, Odolanów, Sulmierzyce, and the Echo Male Choir from Ostrowo Wielkopolskie. The gathering concluded with a joint performance by all participating choirs.
