On Chromebook Plus devices, the Live Translate feature supports speech in 19 languages and can produce text in over 100 languages. Additionally, developers are utilizing Chrome's Manifest V3 architecture to create extensions that provide translated captions for meeting platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet by capturing audio directly from the browser tab via offscreen documents.
