Chubut launches mathematics training for primary teachers

The Ministry of Education of Chubut has opened registration for a specialized mathematics training program titled ‘Comprender para enseñar: Matemática con sentido en el segundo ciclo’. Part of the Provincial Integral Literacy Plan, the initiative is designed for teachers of 4th, 5th, and 6th grades in both state and private schools throughout the province.

The program aims to strengthen teaching practices by analyzing classroom situations, student work, and teacher interventions. The goal is to foster meaningful learning and mathematical thinking in students during the second cycle of primary education.

The training will run from August 27 to November 27, 2026, and provides 60 clock hours of provincial certification. Registration is conducted online through regional educational forms available on the official provincial website. Spots are limited.
