Guardia di Finanza announces new commanders in Lecce, Arezzo, and Parma

Several leadership changes have occurred within the Guardia di Finanza across different Italian provinces.

In Lecce, Lieutenant Colonel Carlo Scupola has taken command of the Economic-Financial Police Nucleus, succeeding Colonel Ortensia Fedeli, who has assumed command of the Lecce Provincial Command. Scupola, an expert in information security, previously served in various operational roles including Brindisi and Foggia.

In Arezzo, Colonel Daniela Parisi has been appointed as the new Provincial Commander, succeeding Colonel Walter Mazzei. Parisi brings experience from special units involving risk analysis for PNRR and EU cohesion funds.

In Parma, Colonel Aniello De Vita has been named the new Provincial Commander, taking over from Brigadier General Gianluca Angelini. De Vita previously led investigative groups focused on tax fraud repression in Rome.
