Citroën launches limited‑edition Ami Rip Curl electric quadricycle in Spain
Citroën has introduced a limited‑edition version of its electric Ami quadricycle, created in partnership with surf brand Rip Curl. Only 1,600 units will be produced and sold in Spain, starting at €9,290.
The Ami Rip Curl features a 5.5 kWh battery that delivers up to 75 km (WLTP) of range and a top speed of 45 km/h. It is powered by an 8 CV electric motor and can be driven from age 14 without a full car licence. The model is offered in two surf‑inspired colour schemes – Sunrise (yellow) and Sunset (purple) – on a black body, with matching adhesive graphics on doors, windows and the rear panel.
Additional highlights include a 5.7‑inch digital instrument display, 14‑inch white wheels, a panoramic glass roof and a range of customisable interior accessories such as coloured storage compartments and smartphone mounts. The vehicle is positioned as a compact, zero‑emission alternative for urban and peri‑urban travel.
