Ciudad Real allocates over 860,000 euros to Moral de Calatrava

The Diputación de Ciudad Real has allocated more than 860,000 euros to Moral de Calatrava to support local heritage and traditions. During the inauguration of the patron saint festivities for the Virgen de la Sierra and San Roque, officials highlighted the institution's commitment to preserving municipal identity.

Specific investments include the restoration of the mantle of the Virgen de la Sierra and a contribution of over 11,000 euros for the acquisition of an organ for the Church of San Andrés Apóstol. President Miguel Ángel Valverde noted that these resources aim to make the province more attractive by protecting religious heritage and local customs.
