The Cleveland Guardians beat the Miami Marlins 4-1 in Miami. Starting pitcher Tanner Bibee delivered 6 2/3 solid innings, allowing one run on four hits, walking four and striking out three. Steven Kwan and Patrick Bailey each hit two-run doubles, providing the bulk of the offense, while Gabriel Arias contributed three hits for Cleveland. Colin Holderman recorded his first save by closing the ninth inning. Miami starter Eury Pérez gave up two runs and eight hits over six innings. The victory gave the Guardians the series after winning the opener 3-2 on Friday, ending the Marlins' six‑game home‑series streak.
