CLINKS implements AI system to detect employee turnover risks

CLINKS Co., Ltd. has implemented a proprietary AI-driven weekly reporting system called ‘Sigmil’ to address high turnover rates in the IT sector. The system uses AI to automatically analyze weekly reports, detecting changes in employee tone, keywords, and writing volume to identify potential issues in workplace relationships or mental states.

Since its full-scale deployment in April 2026, the system has detected 2,775 alerts, helping managers catch subtle signs of employee dissatisfaction that might otherwise be overlooked. The tool also provides AI-generated message suggestions for managers to facilitate communication via Google Chat and includes a dashboard to track submission rates.
