CLINKS Co., Ltd., a Tokyo-based developer of AI services, has expanded its use of artificial intelligence through internal operational tools, governance certifications, and new cost-management features.

In April 2026, the company deployed ‘Sigmil’, a proprietary AI-driven weekly reporting system designed to mitigate high turnover rates in the IT sector. The system analyzes employee reports for changes in tone, keywords, and writing volume to identify potential dissatisfaction or mental health concerns. Since its deployment, the tool has generated 2,775 alerts to assist managers in workplace communication. It also provides AI-generated message suggestions for managers via Google Chat and includes a dashboard to track submission rates.

To support its ‘AI Driven Company’ philosophy, the company obtained ISO/IEC 42001 certification, effective July 30, 2026. This international standard for Artificial Intelligence Management Systems (AIMS) validates the company’s framework for the ethical and safe management of AI, specifically regarding its ‘Nareful Chat’ generative AI agent. The certification aims to manage risks such as decision-making opacity and discriminatory outputs.

On August 27, 2026, the company launched ‘Eco Mode’ for its corporate generative AI platform, Knowleful Chat. This feature allows users to prioritize cost efficiency over processing speed for tasks like summarizing meeting minutes or drafting documents. Additionally, a new feature enables users to track AI usage and costs in real time, providing quantitative data to help companies manage implementation budgets and improve AI literacy.
