Club Africain de Bizerte begins pre-season preparations

Club Africain de Bizerte (CAB) has begun its pre-season preparations amid administrative and competitive challenges. Under the guidance of coach Mohamed Azaïez, the team has completed its initial physical training phase five weeks ahead of the new season.

Recent friendly matches have yielded mixed results, including losses to JSO and CA, and a scoreless draw against ESM. Coach Azaïez noted that while defensive progress is visible, the offensive play requires further improvement. The squad is currently being bolstered by new recruits such as Mhamdi and Mejri, with more expected soon.

Administratively, the club's provisional committee is working to regularize current affairs. Secretary General Saber Ben Barka stated that the club has addressed its financial obligations to the tax administration, a move critical for securing participation in the 2026-2027 season.
