Club Tiro y Gimnasia hosts large Children’s Day sports festival in Argentina

On Saturday, August 8, Club Tiro y Gimnasia in Argentina organized a special Children’s Day celebration from 14:00 to 17:00. The event featured a range of activities across the club’s disciplines, including a cycling track race, skate shows, climbing, basketball, handball, skill demonstrations and aerial silks, aimed at children from ages 2‑3 up to 14.

The club’s cycling sub‑commission highlighted the tradition of the Children’s Day festivity, noting that previous editions included bike races and other club activities. This year the program was expanded to involve all sports practiced at the institution, with an invitation theme “come with a friend” to encourage families to explore the facilities. Participants were asked to bring their own bicycles; helmets were provided on loan.
