ClubMed Lifestyle Group applies for Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing
ClubMed Lifestyle Group, a subsidiary of Fosun International Limited, has submitted a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for a proposed separate listing on the Main Board. The company, which was ranked as the world’s largest all-inclusive resort brand by revenue in 2025, reported revenue growth from EUR 1.86 billion in 2023 to EUR 1.95 billion in 2025.
As part of a global strategy to reach 100 resorts by 2035, Club Med is aggressively expanding its portfolio. The company is focusing on mountain resorts in North America and Europe, as well as sun resorts in the Mediterranean and Southeast Asia. Notably, the Southeast Asia portfolio is expected to grow by over 13.5 per cent annually.
Planned openings include Club Med Borneo in Malaysia later this year, followed by locations in the US, Senegal, and Brazil in 2027. Further expansions are slated for Canada, Italy, Benin, Thailand, Indonesia, and Oman through 2029. The company is also investing in asset enhancements for existing properties in Thailand, the Maldives, Indonesia, and Bali.
