Cluj Metropolitan Beltway receives five construction bids

Five construction associations have submitted bids for the design and execution contract for Lot 2 of the first stage of the Cluj Metropolitan Beltway. The contract is valued at over 1.1 million lei, excluding VAT.

One bid was submitted by an association led by Ness Proiect Europe, a Romanian company based in Ploiești, in partnership with Aqua Serv and Nairda Utilcom. Ness Proiect Europe has a portfolio that includes significant public infrastructure projects, such as prison infrastructure and utility networks.

A second bid was submitted by an association led by Far Foundation and Lincor Trans, involving subcontractors such as Retter Projectmanagement and Roads Design. Far Foundation is currently involved in major road infrastructure projects in Romania, including sections of the A7 Suceava–Siret motorway.
