Coach Nuno Campos Leaves Zalaegerszeg for Dinamo București

Zalaegerszeg announced on Saturday that head coach Nuno Campos will depart the Hungarian NB I club. The Portuguese trainer, who joined Zalaegerszeg in July 2025 and guided the team to a fifth‑place finish and a Magyar Kupa final, requested to leave and the club confirmed the agreement.

Dinamo București in Romania activated a €200,000 buy‑out clause and signed Campos to a contract lasting until the summer of 2028, along with two of his assistants, Gonçalo Gil Cruz and João Pedro Bagão. The Romanian side finished fourth in the previous Liga I season. The Zalaegerszeg statement noted that the move fits the club’s long‑term strategy of developing talent.

Campos, who has previously worked with Paulo Fonseca and held roles at clubs such as AS Roma, Porto and Flamengo U20, will replace Zeljko Kopić at Dinamo.
