Cocozas expands accommodation management to Kyoto and Hyogo

Cocozas Co., Ltd. has announced the expansion of its accommodation management service, ‘& Yado Kanri’, into Kyoto and Hyogo prefectures. This move aims to strengthen the company’s support system within the Kinki region.

In Kyoto, the company is leveraging its experience from its own brand, ‘COCO VILLA Kyoto Kiyomizu-dera’, which is scheduled to open in August 2026. The service targets the high demand for traditional machiya houses and whole-house rentals, offering expertise in local ordinances, multilingual guest communication, and OTA optimization in key areas such as Higashiyama, Arashiyama, and Uji.

In Hyogo, the expansion focuses on growing vacation rental markets, including the rising resort and glamping sectors on Awaji Island, as well as hot spring areas like Kinosaki and Arima. The service provides comprehensive support for villa and minpaku owners, including dynamic pricing, cleaning quality control, and revenue analysis to maximize profitability.
