Colombian fashion brands expand global reach to Paris and Dubai

Colombian fashion brands are expanding their international presence through organized collective circuits in major global fashion hubs. From September to October, various Colombian labels will showcase their work in New York, Paris, and Dubai.

As part of its 2026 global circuit, Colombiamoda and Inexmoda will bring five Colombian brands to Paris from October 1 to 5. Participating firms include NNT Lab, Andrés Pajón, and BLESS. This initiative aims to connect Colombian designers with European buyers and media, seeking to diversify markets beyond the Americas, which currently account for approximately 90% of the country's $533.42 million in fashion exports.

Other organizations are also driving this movement. The Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, through its Puente Internacional program, and entities like Makeno and Malva are facilitating internationalization via showrooms, trade fairs, and distribution networks. These efforts represent a shift from individual designer success to structured institutional support designed to establish a sustained presence in markets like Europe and the Middle East.
