Comarch accredited as e-invoicing service provider in Slovakia
Comarch has been officially accredited as an authorized e-invoicing service provider in Slovakia. This certification allows the company to assist businesses in meeting upcoming regulatory requirements for digital document exchange.
Starting January 1, 2027, taxpayers in Slovakia will be legally required to issue and receive structured e-invoices for specific domestic B2B and B2G transactions. This mandate will expand on July 1, 2030, to include cross-border intra-community transactions to comply with the European Union’s VAT in the Digital Age (ViDA) requirements.
Under the new framework, document exchange and digital reporting must occur through Peppol-based networks managed by certified providers. Comarch’s platform is designed to meet the standards set by the Slovak Ministry of Finance and the Financial Administration to ensure secure and compliant connectivity to the national tax system.
