Community development and education initiatives launched in Guinea and Chad

In Guinea, the Centre d’études et de coopération internationale (CECI) concluded a three-day training program in Forécariah focused on agro-food processing. The initiative targeted two women's groups, Waliyètèbè and Yimbè Bassi, to enhance their skills in valuing local resources and generating income. Participants learned techniques to transform forest products, such as hibiscus into beverages and jams.

In Chad, an intensive 26-day training session concluded in Abéché for 2,000 education stakeholders. The program included 1,500 primary school teachers and 500 supervisory staff from the Academy of the East. The training covered classroom management, pedagogical planning, and literacy and mathematics techniques, including tools for bilingual classrooms, aimed at improving regional teaching quality.
