Community events in Serbia mark Children's Week

Various community organizations in Serbia are hosting events to observe Children's Week, a national manifestation focused on children's rights and social participation.

In Vrnjacka Banja, the Association of Young Persons with Disabilities ‘Sunce’ organized an inclusive humanitarian workshop titled ‘Together We Create a Better World’. The event featured creative activities and gingerbread decorating to promote socialization and inclusion for children with disabilities. All proceeds from the workshop are dedicated to the medical treatment of a local citizen.

In Kragujevac, the National Museum of Šumadija held educational workshops for elementary and preschool students. Participants visited historical sites such as Amidži Konak and the Residence of Prince Mihailo to learn about the city's history. Following the tours, students engaged in creative drawing exercises to express their understanding of the 19th-century period.
