In Celle, cabaret artist Hans Gerzlich is scheduled to perform his program ‘Ich hatte mich jünger in Erinnerung’ at the CD-Kaserne on November 7, 2026. The performance uses humor and self-irony to examine the challenges of growing older, including financial concerns regarding retirement and the shifting focus of daily life.

In the Böckingen district, members of the first post-war generation gathered at the Bürgerhaus to celebrate their 80th birthdays. The reunion focused on shared memories, childhood experiences, and maintaining vitality through social connection and music, featuring hits from the 1960s and 1970s.
