Comprest SA adds six Volvo waste‑collection vehicles to boost service efficiency in Romania

Comprest SA, the waste‑management operator in Brașov, is upgrading its fleet by acquiring six new Volvo specialised vehicles. The purchase includes five compactors for waste collection and a mechanised sweeper, aimed at increasing operational capacity, shortening response times and reducing environmental impact through more efficient technology.

General Director Alexandru Tănase said the modernisation reflects the company’s strategic direction to meet the contracting authority’s needs and community expectations despite the current economic challenges.
