Compromís rejects Frente Amplio meetings for upcoming elections

Joan Baldoví, spokesperson for Compromís in the Valencian Corts, has clarified the party's position regarding the upcoming elections on November 29. Baldoví stated that the coalition is not participating in the meetings organized by Frente Amplio, a platform being formed to the left of the PSOE.

Baldoví emphasized that Compromís aims to run with a “100% Valencian” brand, built from within the Valencian territory rather than through external platforms. He noted that for any potential collaboration, the Valencian brand must have prominence in the regional agenda and its name must appear on the ballot, similar to the previous “Compromís-Sumar” arrangement. The party seeks to build a progressive social majority in Congress by focusing on local identity and issues such as housing rights.
