Comunitat Valenciana launches employment and training programs
Labora, the Valencian Employment and Training Service, is launching nearly 80 employment and training programs across the three provinces of the Comunitat Valenciana. With an investment of approximately 60 million euros, these free initiatives aim to assist over 1,500 people in accessing the labor market.
The programs are divided into two main modalities: 'Escuelas Taller' for individuals aged 16 to 30, which combine professional training with paid work, and 'Talleres de Empleo' for unemployed individuals, focusing on social interest projects. Available training areas include gardening, construction, administration, cooking, and social-health care.
In a related effort toward social inclusion, Dins Social operates as a special employment and industry center in Valencia. The organization supports people with disabilities by integrating them into the workforce through personalized labor itineraries and services such as electronic component assembly and administrative support, helping companies manage auxiliary tasks while fostering professional autonomy.
