Comurg announces productivity bonuses for 652 employees in Goiânia
The Companhia de Urbanização de Goiânia (Comurg) will implement a productivity bonus program for 652 employees, effective through April 2027. The initiative aims to increase the capacity of municipal teams and reduce reliance on expensive outsourced services, which cost the city nearly R$ 12 million last year.
The program targets 610 operational workers, 28 inspectors, and 14 supervisors. Monthly bonuses vary by role and goal achievement: supervisors can receive up to R$ 1,700, inspectors up to R$ 800, night-shift operational staff up to R$ 550, and day-shift staff up to R$ 500. Payments are tied to the amount of grass mowed by teams and the overall performance of the company.
Bonuses are triggered once 85% of the planned area is completed, with full payment available upon reaching 100% of the target. The total monthly expenditure for this program is capped at R$ 359,970, with a total projected cost of R$ 2.52 million through April 2027. The bonuses do not become part of the employees' permanent salaries.
