Confcommercio Rimini launches business training for merchants

Confcommercio Rimini has launched a new free training project titled ‘Il commercio sale in cattedra - Strategie per imprenditori di successo’ (Commerce Goes to the Classroom - Strategies for Successful Entrepreneurs). The initiative aims to provide local merchants, both members and non-members, with practical tools to navigate a competitive and fast-paced market.

The program consists of three sessions held at the Uni. Rimini headquarters in Piazza Malatesta 30 during September. The curriculum includes business strategies on September 15, digital marketing strategies on September 22, and sales techniques on September 29.

Led by business consultant and Ethicjobs founder Luca Carrai, the sessions focus on essential modern skills such as market analysis, digital communication, and customer loyalty. The project is supported by RivieraBanca BCC and Enegan. Giammaria Zanzini, president of Confcommercio Rimini, emphasized that modern commerce requires updated competencies beyond just having a good product or location.
