Consorsbank leads German consumer rankings for financial products

A study conducted by Servicevalue on behalf of the SZ Institute has identified top-rated financial and insurance products in Germany. Based on over 60,000 customer responses across 509 companies, the study evaluated products across 16 categories.

Consorsbank achieved the highest overall ranking in the category of Banking – Savings & Investments. In the Statutory Health Insurance sector, SBK was identified as a top performer. The study utilized a five-point scale where lower mean values indicated higher customer satisfaction and attractiveness.
