ServiceValue has released successive studies evaluating customer satisfaction and service quality among German financial and insurance providers.

An initial study conducted with Handelsblatt ranked insurers across 21 categories, including legal protection and health care. In the health-and-care segment, Debeka Krankenversicherungsverein a.G. was noted for top customer advice, followed by Allianz Private Krankenversicherungs-AG and Süddeutsche Krankenversicherung a.G.

A subsequent study on behalf of the SZ Institute evaluated 509 companies across 16 categories. This research identified Consorsbank as the leader in the Banking – Savings & Investments category and SBK as a top performer in the Statutory Health Insurance sector.
