Two other workers were transferred to Freetown for intensive medical treatment. FB Group has not yet issued an official statement regarding the casualties.

In Syokimau, Machakos County, Kenya, a wall collapse at a site operated by Vakratinda Development Limited killed one worker, identified as Emmanuel Wanjala, and injured five others. The victims were taken to Shalom Hospital in Athi River. Local police, county officials, and the National Construction Authority are investigating the collapse.
