Romania hosts various regional art exhibitions and cultural events

Romania is hosting several significant art exhibitions and cultural events across various cities.

In Bucharest, the Metropolitan Library (BMB) is presenting the 22nd edition of the FREE Camp International Plastic Arts Workshop, featuring works by artists from Romania, Austria, Italy, and Hungary. Additionally, the Bucharest City Museum is hosting the “Echoes in Contemporary Heritage” exhibition at Palatul Suțu, which showcases a collection of 70 works donated by Banca Comercială Română (BCR) to the Pinacoteca București.

Other regional highlights include Gheorghe Pintilie’s personal exhibition, “Life as a Gloss,” at the Lascăr Vorel Art Galleries in Piatra-Neamț, and dual exhibitions at the Constantin Brâncuși National Museum in Târgu-Jiu featuring works by Mircia Dumitrescu and the late Alina Roșca. The Târgu-Jiu event also includes the launch of the Video Forum Virtual project for Romanian artists.

Further cultural activities include Vasile Tudor’s “FOTO / GRAFIC” exhibition in Iași and the opening of the new exhibition season at the Arsmonitor Gallery with “Iconoflux.”
