CoopVoce launches new mobile plan and updates EU roaming terms

CoopVoce has introduced a new mobile promotion called Digital Smart 50. Available from August 13 to August 26, 2026, the offer costs 4.90 euros per month and includes the first two months free. The plan provides unlimited national voice minutes, 200 SMS, and 50 GB of 4G data. A 10-euro activation fee applies, and the offer is available to new customers via number portability.

Additionally, the operator has updated its EU roaming terms. The previous explicit 30-day limit for using data in the same manner as in Italy has been removed from the written conditions. While official FAQs state that users can use their included minutes, SMS, and data in EU countries and the UK just as they do in Italy, the new contract terms refer to usage for ‘occasional travel’ to comply with Roaming Like At Home regulations. The specific threshold for what constitutes occasional use or when restrictions might trigger is no longer clearly defined in the public documentation.
