CoopVoce mobile service and plan updates

The Italian virtual operator CoopVoce has introduced several new mobile service offerings and updated its terms of service.

In August 2026, the company launched the ‘Digital Smart 50’ promotion, a monthly plan featuring 50 GB of 4G data, unlimited national minutes, and 200 SMS. During this period, the operator also updated its EU roaming terms. While official FAQs indicate that users can use their services in the EU and UK similarly to their usage in Italy, the written contract terms were revised to refer to usage for ‘occasional travel’ to comply with Roaming Like At Home regulations, removing previous explicit 30-day limits.

By September 2026, CoopVoce expanded its offerings with the ‘Turbo 250’ plan, specifically targeting members under the age of 30. This plan provides 250 GB of 5G data, unlimited minutes, and 1,000 SMS for 6.90 euros per month. The company also introduced a 25 euro telephone traffic bonus for customers switching their numbers via Coop Alleanza 3.0 points of sale, a promotion set to remain valid until the end of 2026.
